  Loosen the screw and remove the key.

  Then fix the other bolt to the kayak in the same way.

  Lay the rubber rest (black) on to the four fixed bolts.

  Place the mounting ball on the rubber rest (black). 

Insert the plastic insulating sleeves through the ho-
les on the mounting ball and tighten the mounting 
ball into the bolts.
