If you have to unscrew the fastening screws of the shaft secure them by
means of Loctite before re-screwing.
•
Carefully slide generator incl. bearing flange on shaft.
•
Turn generator until screw of the rotary support screw is in casing above
fastening thread.
•
Carefully tighten screw M3 on casing and locking screw on straining ring;
do not strain generator.
•
Bring dial gauge and bearing flange in line and measure on pos. 5.
(See fig. 16)
•
Move generator by turning the generator and check true running by means of
dial gauge. Deviation shall not exceed 0.03 mm.
•
Insert connector plug on generator board.
•
Screw cover on bearing bracket.
Attention:
do not connect energized generators since this can cause
destruction of the printed circuit board. The dial gauge shall not contact the
generator board.
If the generator is not connected the drive shall only be operated for test and
control purposes if the rope is slack.
In the case of
SA1
mount 2. generator behind 1. generator in the same way
as described above and link connection with second generator flange socket.
Attention:
do not mix up the generator connections since this can cause
destruction of the generators which have different voltage supply.
