They contain a deflection pulley for double wrap and optionally 2 rope
fastenings for rope anchorage.
Rope guards have been provided for the points where the ropes enter and
leave the traction sheave and rope pulley. A safety contact is provided on the
traction sheave in addition. If the rope guard on the traction sheave is
eliminated during work to be carried out on the machine, the drive will be
disconnected automatically.
Frame versions:
There are different machine frame versions available for DAF 330:
1.
with or without rope pulley
2.
counterweight arranged in the rear, in right-hand or left-hand version
3.
counterweight arranged on side, in right-hand or left-hand version
4.
without rope anchorage, in right-hand or left-hand version
The arrangement of the deflection pulley (viewing direction: traction sheave
in front of motor) is decisive for deciding whether left-hand or right hand
version is selected. (See illustration fig. 12)
The parallel distance of the ropes at the rope departure (
ASL
) which is
selected subject to customer specification and available maximum measures
is decisive for the length of the frame.
