In order to configure the basic services, you must:

Run some or all of the following:

netconfig, changehostname, timeconfig, authconfig
).

Run
save

service network restart
to restart the network.
To configure the existing features, use the following commands:

For the Network parameters, use
netconfig
•
To change the host and domain name, use
changehostname
•
For the Date/Time, use
timeconfig
•
To change the time zone for the authentication protocols, use
authconfig
