4.13 520H Series Drawer Units
to a Table
Tools Required:
Phillips head screwdriver with No. 2 and 3 tips
3/4" and 7/16" Combination wrench or socket set
with 7/16" socket
Hardware Included:
Hardware Bag No. 684435 consisting of:
Upper front clamps
Upper rear brackets
1/4-20 x 2" carriage bolts
1/4-20 x 3/4" carriage bolts
1/4-20 Hex nuts
Refer to Figure 4-31
1. Remove drawer from the suspended frame.
2. Insert the 1/4-20 x 3/4" carriage bolts into
the rear brackets of the suspended drawer
frame, apply the 1/4-20 hex nuts and hand
tighten.
3. Slide the rear brackets of the suspended
drawer frame onto the rear support channel or
the ”C” channel of the work surface frame.

4. Use the upper front brackets as shown to attach
the front of the drawer frame to the front ”C”
channel of the work surface frame. Tighten the
1/4-20 x 2" carriage bolts.
5. Tighten the carriage bolts in the upper rear
brackets until the suspended drawer frame
hangs square to the frame.
6. Insert the drawer into the frame assembly.
