3.3.1.3.5 Modulation Characteristics, LE Coded (S=8) (TP/TRM-LE/CA/BV-13-C)
1. Objective: This test verifies that the modulation characteristics of the transmitted signal are
correct for an LE Coded signal (S=8).
2. Settings on DUT

Payload : 'Coded, S=8' packet, payload consisting of a repetitive sequence of 0xFF
octets(binary '11111111'in transmission order)
