TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble Cause Solution
The starting motor runs but the
engine does not start
The battery gets discharged too fast
The machine does not move
Control pedals on platform damaged
Fuses blown
Electrostop solenoid valve and fuel pump
damaged
No fuel
Fuse F20 blown.
Electrostop and fuel pump damaged
Internal elements broken
The alternator does not recharge.
Parking brake engaged
Outriggers down
Fuse F14 blown
Parking brake micro-switch S6b
damaged
Outrigger limits switches S51 and S52
damaged
Speed selector SX12 damaged
Check the activation key and the
emergency button; replace the button
if necessary. Check you have 12V on
output contact
12 of the pushbuttons
panel.
Check fuses F2G - F5G – F20 ; replace if
necessary.
Check the efficiency of the solenoid
valves; replace if necessary.
Refuel.
Check the fuse; replace if necessary.
Check and replace if necessary.
Change the battery.
Check the efficiency of the alternator
and replace if necessary.
Disengage the parking brake.
Raise.
Check and replace, if necessary.
Check the micro-switch and replace, if
necessary.; with the parking brake
released, you must have 12V on the
pink-yellow wire.
Check you have 12V on connector X5
to pin 4 and on connector X26 to pin 3 .
Check the mechanical parts of the limit
switch and replace the switch if
necessary.
Check you have 12V on connector X12
to pin 1 . By shifting the selector
forwards, you must have 12V on
connector
X5 to pin 3 , while, by shifting
the selector back, you must have 12V
on connector
X5 to pin 2 ci siano 12V.
Change the selector, if necessary.
