Drive Control Fault Codes

LED Display Format:
The LED has six different display modes, indicating the type of information it is providing.
Display Status
LED not illuminated
•
Controller is not powered on.
•
Faulty battery.
• Replace controller.
Yellow LED flashing
•
Controller is operating normally.
Yellow LED on solid
•
Controller is in flash program mode.
Alternating red and yellow flash
pattern
•
Active fault.
Red LED on solid
•
Internal hardware fault detected by the Supervisor or Primary
microprocessor.
•
Missing or corrupt software.
Interrupting a software download may cause corruption of the
software. Cycle the key switch to clear. Reload software or replace
controller if necessary.
Red LED flashing
•
Non-production device profile software.
When a fault is detected and no wiring or component failure can be found, cycle the key switch off and
back on to see if the fault clears.
If the fault does not clear, turn the key switch to the off position and push in the red Emergency Stop
button. Disconnect the 35 pin connector from the controller. Check the connector for corrosion or damage,
clean it if necessary, and reconnect it to the controller.
