2. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
- This battery charger is used to charge
electrolyte free lead batteries used on motor
vehicles (petrol and diesel), motorcycles,
boats etc., and is designed for charging
sealed batteries.
- Rechargeable accumulators according to the
output voltage available: 6V / 3 cells; 12V / 6
cells.
- This model is a single phase 230V
50/60Hz battery charger, with constantly
electronically controlled current and voltage.
The charge voltage and current supplied by
the device have a IU charge curve.
- Standard features:
- The device allows you to connect different
types of output cables for the charging of
batteries:
- cables fitted with eyelets (fig. B-1);
- cables fitted with clamps (fig. B-2).
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE BATTERY CHARGER
Control, adjustment and indicator devices.
- Selecting the charge current/charge voltage:
Press the button seen in fig. A-1 to set the
charge levels to 1A - 6V, 1A (
)12V, 4A
(
)12V: the LEDs seen in fig. A-2 will
light up according to the selected charge
current.
Press and hold the button seen in fig. A-1
for 3 seconds to enable the “AGM
” and
“RECOVERY
” (fig. A-4) functions:
