Basic commands that begin with the letter “
S
” are known as “
S-Parameters
”. The number
following the “
S
” indicates the “parameter number” being referenced. If the number is not
recognized as a valid parameter number, an
ERROR
result code is issued.
If no value is given for the sub parameter of an
S-Parameter
, an
ERROR
result code will be
issued and the stored value left unchanged.
NOTE:
what follows is a special way to select and set an
S-parameter
:
1)
ATS
n=<value>
<CR>
selects
n
as last selected parameter number and set the constents
of the
S
n
-parameter. If the value of
n
is in the range (0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 25, 30, 38),
this command establishes
S
n
as last selected parameter.
2)
AT=<value><CR>
set the contents of the selected
S-parameter
3)
AT?
returns the current value of the last
S-parameter accessed
Example:
ATS7=10<CR>
establishes S7 as last selected parameter and set the contents of S7 to 10
OK
AT=40>CR>
sets the content of S7 to 40

AT=15<CR>
sets the content of S7 to 15

return the current value of S7
