5.2.5 Finishing the termination in the FINNFLASH 1000 frame
• Close the inner frame to its normal position.
• Check that the pigtail cables run from the inner frame to the back of the frame in a well managed
way and are not subject to pressure, sharp bandings or any other risk.
5.2.6 Bringing the pigtail cables to the splicing point
• Bring the pigtail cables to their splice trays at the splicing point (frame, rack, cabinet or closure).
• Make the cutting marks on the cables to such a length that the fi bre length on the splice tray is approx.
100 cm, and at least 70 cm.
• Cut away the extra length from the cables.
• Remove the splice tray from the frame and set it on the splicing table.
