Polling a parent on an end device that has 
lost its parent will automatically call 
AT+REJOIN:1.  Furthermore functionality 
0012 and 0013 make use of this command.

because  an  end  device  has  lost  its  parent,  the 
network  has  changed  channel,  or  updated  its
