Electrical Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Causes

Display is dark
Tester is not turned on.
Use power switch to turn
tester on.
Tester is not plugged in.
Ensure tester is plugged into
an outlet that is delivering
power.
USB functions not working USB Drive is not formatted.
The Teledyne Hanson USB
drive has already been
formatted. If using another
USB drive, format using a PC.
USB drive is damaged.
Use another USB drive.
Monument board is
damaged.
Replace monument board.
System does not make
noise
Speaker volume set to 0.
Use Display screen to raise
speaker volume.
Display board is damaged.
Replace display board.
Screen is illuminated but
system not responsive
System has frozen.
Note last action, reboot
system. Report issue to THR
Technical Support.
Touchscreen requires
calibration.
If possible, recalibrate through
display screen. If display
screen cannot be reached,
reboot system and touch the
screen during the logo splash
screen.
