Using the local directory
You can save a total of 200 entries in the local directory.
Directory entries

The local directory can also be accessed via the Web configurator (

page 95 ).

The default directory is the local directory. This is the directory that you can open with
the
Z
key and the directory to which entries are saved using the "Copy to Directory"
function.

You can set a different directory as the default directory via the Web configurator
(

page 90 ).

A directory entry contains the following infor-
mation:

First name, surname

Up to six phone numbers
An icon in front of a phone number indicates
whether it is a home (
