To Upgrade the Waveform Monitor Software

Installing the Software

To install new software in a waveform monitor:

Download the software package

1.

To download the latest version of
the waveform monitor software,
navigate to the Tektronix Web site at
http://www.tek.com/products/video_test.

2.

From there, follow the link

Software

and Firmware

under Product Resources

to locate the waveform monitor
software-upgrade package and
download it.

3.

Click on the downloaded self-extracting
archive to extract the following files into a
directory of your choice. Files extracted
are: transfer.exe, firmware.pkg, and
readme.txt.
