Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning the printhead and head wiper

If your prints have missing dots in a vertical row or a missing horizontal line,
first clean the printhead, using the front panel menu function:

Press the

message appears in the front panel; then

open the top cover.

Warning

The printhead is hot. Do not touch it.

Use an alcohol-dampened swab to clean the head wiper.
