Check input and output
connectors
1.
Locate the output
connectors on the
front panel. The
image shown here
shows the outputs.
2.
Locate the input
connector on the
front panel. Some
instrument models
have more than one
input.
NOTE.
When connecting a cable, be sure to distinguish the input connector from
the output connectors to avoid making the wrong connection.
The instrument input and output connectors are
fl
oating inputs/outputs.
WARNING.
To avoid personal injury due to electric shock, do not apply voltages
in excess of 42 Vpk to any BNC connector ground or to the chassis ground.
CAUTION.
Do not short output pins or apply external voltages to Output
connectors. The instrument may be damaged.
CAUTION.
Do not apply excessive inputs over +5 V to Trigger Input connector.
The instrument may be damaged.
