1. Remove the
sides and bottom covers from the 7623
or
the top cover
and side panel from the
R7623.
2.
Connect
the instrument to a power source that meets
the voltage and
frequency requirements. The applied
voltage should be
near the center of the voltage range
marked
on
the
rear panel (see Section 1 for information on
converting this
instrument from one operating voltage to
another).
NOTE
If
correct
line
voltage is not available, use a variable
autotransformer
to provide the correct input voltage.
3. Set
the controls as given under Preliminary Control
Settings.
Allow
at least 20
minutes warmup before pro
ceeding.
