Peel and rinse the potato. C

Wash the green beans, hull them and cut
them into small pieces.
Put the pieces of potato to one side of
the Yummy Gourmet
bowl and the green
beans to the other. Sprinkle with parsley

Steam for 15 minutes.

Remove the beans from the bowl and
blend the potatoes with the blender

120 g cauliflower florets
120 g broccoli florets
15 g grated Comté cheese
1 to 2 tsp rapeseed oil

Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower florets and chop them if they are too big.
Put the vegetables in the Yummy Gourmet bowl with its blade, along with the
steamer basket.
2.
Fill the Yummy Gourmet water tank to the MAX. level.
3.
Steam for 15 minutes. After cooking, drain the vegetables, add the oil and the
grated cheese, position the blender handle onto the lid and blend roughly with
the blender until the texture is grainy.
4.
Heat the oven to 180°C. With clean hands, form 8 croquettes and place them
on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut the croquettes into small pieces,
according to your baby's requirements, and serve.
Tip: For the rest of the family, serve the croquettes with a spicy tomato sauce.
