Calibrating the hydraulics of the proportional valve
You must only calibrate the hydraulics of the proportional valve when you use a trailer device with
proportional valve.
WARNING
Risk of injury from movement of the trailer device
When calibrating the proportional valve, the trailer device moves automatically.
This may cause danger for you and for persons in the immediate vicinity of the trailer device.

Ensure that nobody is in the regulation range of the trailer device.
◦
Break off the calibration with the function key
as soon as someone approaches the trailer
device.
TRAIL-Control is in manual mode.
Subsurface is not sloped. Slope sensor must not recognize any slope. Otherwise the "Slope
counter-steering" will not work properly.

Switch to the "TRAIL-Control" screen:

Set up the trailer device on flat ground in a line behind the tractor. Drive straight for a few meters
until the tracks of the field sprayer run precisely into the tracks of the tractor.

- set the middle position with the function keys.

Stop the tractor as soon as the field sprayer is exactly in line behind the tractor.

- Start calibration.

- Confirm within 3 seconds.

The drawbar now moves slowly to the left and then slowly to the right.
⇨
This procedure may last up to 20 seconds.
Procedure
