Adjustments and operations
When using the 12-teeth sprocket (E), it will be required to remove 10 links
from the chain, which has 2 joints to make the change easier.
After changing the sprockets, always adjust the chain tightener.
Never work with a loose chain.
Changing the sprockets (hydraulic command)
Remove the protection cover (A) that is secured by nuts (B) and flat and spring washers.
Loosen up the tightener (C) and then remove the chain (D).
Release the lock pin (E) and then remove the 12-teeth sprocket (F) that is fixed to the
frame; place the sprocket on the upper axle (G) and fasten using a bolt (H).
After that, loosen up the 35-teeth sprocket bolt (I) and align the sprocket with the
12-teeth sprocket (F). Place the chain again and adjust the tightener (C).
Lastly, couple the protection cover (A) on its initial position and fasten using nuts (B),
spring washers and flat washers.
