Set-up instructions
Final inspection
Before filling up the spreader, verify the following points:
1) If the conveyor is adjusted, according to the conveyor tension adjustment page.
2) If the belt tension is adjusted properly; according to the belt tension adjustment page.
3) If all tires have the same inflation:
7.50 x 16 tires =
60 PSI
11L-15 tires =
52 PSI
4) If all the grease fittings were properly lubricated. (See lubrication page).
5) Check the oil level of the gearbox. (See periodic maintenance page).
6) If the parking jack is locked in transport/operation position (See hitching to the tractor
page).
7) If the bin is free from any object, such as: bags, canvas, stones, sticks and other objects
that may damage its good performance.
8) Observe the correct assembly of the tires on the hubs, according to the figure below.
The rims should face the inner part.
Keep the PTO rotation speed constant at 540 rpm.
