Maintenance

Changing the tires

If it is necessary to carry out any repair on the equipment tires, proceed as follows:
a) Underpin the equipment frame with the help of trestles or support props and use

the parking jack to lift the wheel;

b) Remove the nuts (A) that fasten the wheel hub on both sides of the wheelset axle;
c) Remove the wheel and tire and carry out the necessary repairs;
d) To re-assemble the set, repeat the previous steps in reverse order.
