DCA DC 2500, 5500 & 7500
Introduction
The DCA DC spreader performs an oriented distribution of fertilizer with higher income,
saving more product and it is extremely easy to operate.
DCA DC 2500, DCA DC 5500 and DCA DC 7500 models have cardan shaft and belt
transmissions to activate the conveyor and the rotating discs.
The tandem rocker arm wheelset type (DCA DC 5500 & 7500 models) have four tires
that follow the soil profile precisely.
The stainless steel conveyor has tighteners for tension adjustment.
The opening of the dosing gate has a graduated scale with easy adjustment, allowing
several rates of distribution.
The fins have adjustments over the rotating discs to properly distribute different
products.
The DCA DC spreader is recommended to optimize the fertilization on orchards and
coffee plantations, providing increased productivity and assuring the distribution of the
proper amount of product on the correct spot.
This spreader applies fertilizer on orchards with new or grown plants, always preserving
the leaves integrity. The appplication on continuous strips or in a intermittent way avoids
the waste of fertilizer if the field is about to end or have any failure by turning off one of
the conveyors.
This equipment also allows the application of small or great amounts, but always
respecting the agronomic recommendation.
The product directioning is done through the tubes with adjustments of the horizontal
and vertical angles.
The DCA DC also presents the intermittent fertilizing system, which distributes the
fertilizer on each plant. This system is recommended for new orchards.

of this spreader. The operator must carefully read the entire manual before working with
the equipment and also read and understand the safety recommendations.
