EMC and Safety Instructions
This device complies with the standards EN 55022: 2006, EN 55024: 1998 +
A1: 2001 + A2: 2003, EN 61000-3-2: 2006, EN 61000-3-3: 1995 + A1: 2001
+ A2: 2005) and EN 60950-1: 2001. The accompanying radio equipment
such as WLAN etc. complies with the R&TTE Directive (1999/5/EC).
Compliance with these standards is no longer guaranteed if the device is
altered in ways not sanctioned by the manufacturer. To ensure electromag-
netic compatibility (EMC), please pay attention to the instructions in the
manual. You’ll find the signed CE Declaration of Conformity on the website
www.service.targa.de.
Operator Instructions
The radio interference of this device is suppressed, and the device con-
forms to legal requirements. When using external data cables, however, the
following must be observed:

If it should become necessary to exchange the data cables supplied by
the manufacturer, then the operator must take care that perfect suppres-
sion of radio interference is warranted throughout.

Replaced cables and their shielding quality must correspond to the origi-
nal cables. You may only use shielded cables and external devices that
are identical from a safety perspective as well as with regard to electro-
magnetic compatibility with the product in question.
If these instructions are not adhered to, then compliance with the standards
named above is no longer guaranteed.
Labelling for Devices with Wireless LAN (WLAN)
This device in its delivered state meets the requirements of Directive
1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9. March 1999
on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the
mutual recognition of their conformity.
This PC may be used in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France,
Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria,
Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Iceland, Liechtenstein and
Norway.
