8. Press the Enter key. The Form Length is set to 65. Exit the menu

mode by pressing the Clear key.

It's helpful to remember that at any time, you may leave a menu in one of two
ways.

•

Depress the Clear key to leave Menu Mode and remain Offline.

•

Depress the Online/Offline key to leave Menu Mode and return the
printer to Online.

How to Print a Control Panel Selections Report

The organization of the multilevel menus is shown on the Control Panel Selec-
tions Printout. All current selections are marked with an asterisk.

1. Make sure the printer is Offline.
2. Press the Menu/Back key.
3. Use the Up or Down arrow keys until you see Help Menu on the dis-

play.

4. Press Enter.

The Control Panel Selection Report begins printing. When it's finished, press
the FF key, tear off the sheet and use it to become familiar with menu items.

All of the menu items and explanations are also listed on the following pages
in this chapter.
