• Pour engine oil in each oil pocket in the cylinder head.
• Install the camshaft end cap

• Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and head

cover.

• Install the dowel pins.

• Apply SUZUKI BOND “1216B” uniformly to the mating surface

of the cylinder head cover and install it within a few minutes.
