Application limits
During the planning and installation of UltraSonic humidifiers, take care to ensure that all materials that
come into contact with demineralized water are resistant to it. See table at bottom of page for the most
important materials

CAUTION
Reducing conductivity.
Depending on the planned application, it may make sense to further reduce conductivity.
This must be done by the plant operator.

CAUTION
High dust content.
If the air has an unusually high dust content (e.g. silicon powder in printing presses), the
air must be filtered, because deposits of dust on the water reduce the capacity of the humidifier.
The air filter is not included with delivery, and needs to be provided by the plant operator.

Quality of drinking water.
The conductivity of the treated water may vary depending on the quality of the available drinking water.

CAUTION
Room temperature below 0°C.
The humidifier must not be used if the room temperature drops below 0°C.

The connection between the demineralization system and the humidifier must consist of a material that
is resistant to demineralized water.
