Checklist for Completed Installation

1 Proper clearances for service access have
been maintained in front of the equipment.

2 Equipment is level and mounting fasteners
are tight.

3 Field installed piping completed.

4 All fi eld installed piping leak tested.

5 Condensate drain line connected.

6 Water supply line connected to humidifi er
(if applicable). If manual cut-off valve is
installed, open valve.

7 Humidifi er “On/Off/Drain” switch is in “On”
position.

8 Filter(s) installed.

9 Incoming line voltage matches equipment
nominal nameplated rating ± tolerances.

10 Main power wiring connections to the
equipment, including earth ground, have been
properly installed.

11 Customer supplied main power circuit breaker
(HACR type) or fuses have proper ratings for
equipment installed.

12 All wiring connections are tight.

13 Foreign materials have been removed from
inside and around all equipment installed
(shipping materials, construction materials,
tools, etc.).

14 Inspect all piping connections for leaks during
initial operation.
