7.4 DATE and TIME settings
To set the date and time on the machine, proceed as follows:
•
Select the
button.
•
Press the menu button
.
• Select the configuration button
.
•
Press the
Time and date
button.
•
Select the button of
the information you
would like to modify.
•
Press the
and
buttons to
modify the selected
parameter and
confirm via the
OK
button.
The adjustable param-
eters are:

Date,

Time,
-
Time zone,
-
Automatic Daylight
Saving Time.
Select the button
to
enable the keypad where
you can directly enter the
desired value. Press the
button to con
firm the
value.

7.5 Selecting the COFFEE recipe
To set the machine according to the type of coffee blend
used, proceed as follows:
•
Select the
button.
•
Press the menu button
.
• Select the configura

tion button
.
•
Press the
Recipe selection
button.
•
Select the desired
recipe button, e.g.
Recipe 4
.
•
Press the
OK
button
to confirm the selec
-
tion.
•
Wait a few moments
and then the machine
will be ready to use
the new recipe.
•
The various dispensing
groups can be pro-
grammed for different
recipes. In this case,
the display will indi-
cate the recipe type.
The coffee reci-
pes can only be
chosen if they
have already been set up
in the machine’s system.
Contact the Technical if
you would like to insert
new recipes.
The recipe extraction pa-
rameters have been pro-
grammed by the installa-
tion technician.
