Chapter 10 - Triad 1/2 System Configuration

Digital Station Boards

Digital Telephone Interface Board (DTIB)

The DTIB provides the interface to the digital telephones in the system. This board can be 
plugged into any peripheral slot and is provided in two capacity versions, a 12-circuit and a 
24-circuit. 

LED/Indicators

 -- This board has one red LED indicator for line status. The LED lights red 

when the circuit is busy and is not lit when idle.

Line/Station Interfaces

 -- The 12/24-circuit boards have one female 50-pin amphenol 

connector on the front edge. This provides the interface the circuits on the board to the MDF.
