TRAINING PREPARATION
1. Adjust the saddle height:
Before you start exercising, adjust the saddle to the correct height. To do this, turn the knob at the
lower end of the seat post counterclockwise to loosen it and pull it out. Now raise or lower the seat post
until you have reached the desired position. With the seat post in this position, put the knob back in
and turn it clockwise to tighten.
Tip:
The saddle should be set high enough that you can comfortably pedal without extending your
legs all the way down straight. It is important to bend the knee slightly to avoid overstretching and
further injuries.
• Let the seat post (23) protrude from the frame at most so far that the ‚MAX‘ mark is
just visible.
If the seat post protrudes further from the frame, it is unstable. This can lead to
injuries or damage to property.
2. Set the saddle position:
For increased comfort, the saddle can be adjusted not only vertically, but also horizontally which
means you can adjust the saddle closer to the display or away from the display. To do this, loosen
the knob at the lower end of the seat post by turning it clockwise. Move the seat post as you like and
turn the knob counterclockwise as soon as you have found the most comfortable position for you.
3. Adjust the pedal straps:
If you have adjusted the saddle height and its position correctly, you can next adjust the handlebars
according to your wishes. To do this, turn the knob below the display counterclockwise to loosen it.
Now adjust the handlebar position by raising or lowering it. Once you have reached the desired po-
sition, tighten the knob clockwise so that the handlebars sit tight and there is absolutely no wobble.
4. Pedalschlaufen einstellen:
For the best possible grip, it is important that your feet do not slip. Adjust the straps on the pedals so
that they offer you a firm hold. However, be careful not to overtighten them so that you can easily get
off after training.
5. Put down the smart device:
If you would like to use your smartphone or tablet during training, place it on the shelf provided above
the display and, if necessary, attach it with the red clip by pulling the rubber band to the desired length
to secure it.
6. Switch on the device:
Insert the round part of the power supply cable into the opening provided on the lower rear end of the
device. Then insert the power plug into a suitable socket. A signal tone sounds and the display of the
device goes into stand-by mode, a play sign flashes.
