Set target values in one program; set MHR for LED colour
In each program, you can choose a Target value for the desired Time duration, Range or about to
be burned Calories set. In addition, you can set a maximum pulse rate (MHR) in each program to
individually adjust the LED color to your pulse.
• When you have selected the desired program, press the program selection button again. The
'TIME' parameter flashes on the display.
• Set the desired target value with the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons.
• If you want to drive a certain distance or burn a certain amount of calories, press the program
selection button again until 'DISTANCE' or 'CALORIES' flashes on the display.
• Set the desired target value with the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons.
If you want to set an individual MHR to determine the LED color:
• Press the program selection button again until the 'PULSE' parameter flashes on the display.
• Set the desired MHR with the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons.
• Note that in program mode, the MHR value only determines the LED colors, but it does not
affect the intensity of training.
Do not overexert yourself!
Which color corresponds to which
pulse can be read in the section 'DISPLAY COLOUR MODES'.
• When you have set the desired values, start the selected program with the Start/Pause button.
After reaching the set target value, the computer stops training and reduces the intensity to zero.
• Then make sure to warm down enough. To do this, if necessary, use a manual low-intensity
program..
3. HRC mode (Target heart rate):
In HRC mode, the computer constantly adjusts the intensity to the desired heart rate.
• Make sure your pulse is properly measured either by the sensor grips in the sensor bracket or by
a connected pulse strap.
• Press the program selection button in standby mode. Select the desired program with the UP or
DOWN buttons until "HrC" is displayed. Press the program selection button again.
• Select the target heart rate with the UP or DOWN buttons.
Do not choose a too high target rate
beyond your individual fitness level!
• Press the Start/Pause button to begin the workout. The LED colour is determined by the pulse
rate selected as MHR.
4. WATT mode (Target power mode):
In WATT mode, the computer constantly adjusts the intensity to the desired
performance in Watts
.
• Press the program selection button in standby mode. Select the desired program with the UP or
DOWN buttons until "
WATT
" is displayed. Press the program selection button again.
• Select the target power in Watts with the UP or DOWN buttons.
Do not choose a too high target
power (WATT) beyond your individual fitness level!
• Press the Start/Pause button to begin the workout.
In all modes make sure to respect the individual limits!
