4.9 WATT MODE (TARGET POWER; P23)
The computer regulates the resistance in the WATT program (P23) according to the current pedalling power:
- If the current
pedalling power is above
the target value, the resistance is
increased
.
- If the current
pedalling power is below
the target value, the resistance is
reduced
.
In program 23, users can enter the target power (in watts) as a numerical value.
•
Make sure the training computer is in
STOP mode
(STOP is displayed). If necessary, press the STOP
button.
•
Press
UP or DOWN
until program 23 is displayed. Confirm with ENTER.
