7. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Take all parts out of the packaging carefully and place them on a flat surface. When
doing this, use suitable padding to protect the working surface. Assembly of the
individual parts should be carried out by two people!
Before assembly, check the parts list to verify that all parts are present. Some parts
have already been preassembled to simplify the assembly process for you.
STEP 1
1. Fasten the front stand (17) and the rear stand (28) to the frame (16).
2. Secure the connection using 2 square-head screws (20), 2 curved washers (14),
and 2 cap nuts (21).
3. Tighten all screws.
STEP 2
1. Connect the connection cable (15) to the connection cable (37).
2. Mount the handlebar post (2) to the frame (16). Secure the connection with 6 hex
screws (12), 6 spring washers (13), and 6 curved washers (14).
3. Screw the left pedal (27L) clockwise onto the left crank (41L).
4. Screw the right pedal (27R) counterclockwise onto the right crank (41R).
5. Tighten all screws.
STEP 3
1. Remove 2 hex screws (12), 2 spring washers (13), 2 curved washers (14), and
1 end cap (10) from the handlebar post (2).
2. Mount the handle (3) to the handlebar post (2). Secure the connection with 2 hex
screws (12), 2 spring washers (13), and 2 curved washers (14).
3. Remove 4 screws (11) from the back of the computer (1).
4. Guide the 2 pulse sensor cables (9) on the handle (3) through the opening on
the handlebar post (2). Connect the 2 pulse sensor cables on the handle with the
2 pulse sensor cables (1b) on the computer (1). Connect the connection cable (15)
to the connection cable (1a) on the computer. Close the opening on the handlebar
post with 1 end cap (10).
5. Mount the computer (1) to the handlebar post (2). Secure the connection with
4 screws (11).
6. Tighten all screws.
