PROGRAM MODE (PROGRAM 2–11)
1. Press the

button to select Program 2–11.
2. Press the
START
button to begin training or press the
ENTER
button to switch to
settings mode.
3. In settings mode, press the
ENTER
button to set the values for
TIME
,
DISTANCE
,
CALORIE
, and
AGE
. The selected parameter flashes on the display.
4. To change a value in settings mode, press the button (increase) or the
button
(decrease). Press the
ENTER
button to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.
5. After you’ve made all the settings, press the
ENTER
button to leave settings mode.
6. Press the
START
button to start training.
7. The resistance level will be automatically set depending on the program you select.
To change the resistance level while training, press the button (increase) or the
button (decrease).
8. If you have set values for
TIME
,
DISTANCE
, or
CALORIE
, the corresponding value
will count down during training. When any one of the values reaches 0, a beep will
sound and training will automatically end.
9.
To stop training earlier, press the
START
button.
BODY FAT MODE (PROGRAM 12)
1. Press the

button to select Program 12.
2. Press the
ENTER
button to enter settings mode.
3. In settings mode, press the
ENTER
button to set the values for
GENDER
(

= male /
F
= female),
HEIGHT
(in cm),
WEIGHT
(in kg), and
AGE
. The selected
parameter flashes on the display.
4. To change a value in settings mode, press the button (increase) or the

(decrease). Press the

button to confirm and proceed to the next parameter.
5. After you’ve made all the settings, press the
ENTER
button to leave settings mode.
6. Press the
START
button to start measuring. Place the palms of your hands
on both pulse sensors on the handle (3). Assume a relaxed posture. After
approx. 8 seconds, the display will show your body fat percentage.
