Maintenance function
With the help of the integrated maintenance function, the functionality of the
damper can be specifically tested. The maintenance function is only available
from the normal position.
Call for maintenance
It is triggered by a telegram {EMERG_ MAINTENANCE} directly to the
nviDrivePos of the corresponding damper object. The same effect can also be
achieved by a telegram {x, RQ_SELF_TEST} on the nviRequest of the
NodeObject, whereby x stands either for the number of an individual damper
object (x : 1-4) or for the entire device, i.e. all connected dampers (x : 0). Using
the group objects, individual fire dampers can also be assigned to a fire
compartment and maintained via the corresponding group.

The maintenance is carried out in two phases. In phase 1 the damper is
moved to the protection position, in the following phase 2 it is moved back
to the normal position.

When moving into the safety position, the compliance with the damper
running time specified in SCPToffDely is checked. If the damper does not
reach the safety position within the specified time, the system additionally
waits another half of the running time to see whether the damper still
reaches its destination. If this is not the case, the maintenance is aborted
due to the error and the causes of the error can be read off as the damper
