Pleuel mit Plunger so weit wie möglich in die Kreuzkopfführung
schieben (Bild 7).
Push the conrod together with the plunger as far as possible into the
crosshead guide (photo 7, 8).

Lagerdeckel (7) auf Seite des Wellenendes demontieren (4 x Sechs-
kantschraube (10) lösen) (Bild 9).
ACHTUNG: Ohne Schlupfhülse darauf achten, dass die scharfen Kanten
der Passfedernut den Radialwellendichtring (11) nicht beschädigen (Bild
9/10).
Lagerdeckel (8) auf geschlossener Seite demontieren (Bild 11) (4 x
Sechskantschraube (10) lösen).
Kurbelwelle (13) vorsichtig aus dem Antriebsgehäuse ausfädeln (Bild
12).
ACHTUNG: Pleuelschäfte nicht verbiegen
Anschließend Laufflächen der Welle und der Pleuel, sowie Wellendicht-
ringe und Kegelrollenlager überprüfen
Remove bearing cover (7) on the crankshaft side (take off the 4 hexa-
gon screws (10) (photo 9).
IMPORTANT If a slip sleeve is not used, be careful not to damage ra-
dial shaft seal (11) on the edges of the keyway groove (photo 9, 10).
Unscrew the 4 hexagon screws (10) and remove the closed bearing
cover (8) on the other side (photo 11).
Carefully take crankshaft (13) out of the crankcase (photo 12).
IMPORTANT Do not twist the conrods halves.
Examine the conrod and crankshaft surfaces as well as the shaft seal
rings and roller bearings.
