Getriebeöl ablassen durch das Öffnen des Stopfens (5).
8 x Innensechskantschrauben (34) lösen, Ventilgehäuse nach vorne ab-
ziehen. Dichtungsaufnahme (20) aus den Führungen im Antriebsgehäuse
herausziehen.
4 x Innensechskantschrauben (6) des Getriebedeckels (3) am Antriebs-
gehäuse (1) lösen (Bild 2).
Screw out plug (5) and drain oil.
Remove the eight hexagon socket screws (34) and pull off the valve
casing to the front.
Pull seal sleeve (20) out of the guides in the crankcase.
Remove the four socket screws (6) on crankcase cover (3) (photo 2).

Getriebedeckel (3) öffnen. Die Sechskantschrauben (15A) des Pleuels
müssen nacheinander gelöst (Bild 3) und entfernt werden (Bild 4).
Take off crankcase cover (3). Remove the conrod hexagon screws
(15A) (photo 3, 4).

Einzelne Sechskantschraube in das mittige Gewinde der Pleuel-
Halblagerschale schrauben um die Pleuel-Halblagerschale dadurch
leichter vom Pleuel zu trennen (Bild 5 u. Bild 6).
ACHTUNG:
Pleuel sind mit 1-3 gekennzeichnet. Halbschalen nicht
verdrehen und nicht untereinander vertauschen. Pleuel beim Zusammen-
bau wieder in gleicher Position auf die Wellenzapfen der Kurbelwelle
montieren.
To ease removal of the conrod halves, screw a hexagon screw into
their middle bore (photo 5, 6).
IMPORTANT
The conrods are marked 1 to 3 for identification. Do
not twist or mix up the conrod halves. Refit the conrods onto the crank-
shaft journals in their exact original position.
