If the type of dough to be processed necessitates, fill the flour distributor
ref. 5 Photo 1, which has been designed to prevent pieces of dough from
sticking to the parts it comes into contact with (e.g. laminating cylinders,
moulders, etc.).
The dividing zone of the machine needs to be adequately lubricated; for this
purpose, the machine is fitted with a pump ref. 8 Photo 6 and a reservoir
ref. 7 Photo 6.
If there is insufficient oil in the reservoir, the red alarm light ref. 6 Fig. 1
illuminates and the system must be topped up immediately.
Part of the used oil is recovered and conveyed to the tank ref. 11 Photo 5
and can be re-used provided that all impurities are filtered out of it.
The oil used for lubricating the machine must be one of the following:
(AGIP) OBI 10; (SHELL) Ondina 29; (SHELL) Ondina 33; (BP) WE; (BP)
BE 80 SERIT; (ESSO) MARCOL 102
The manufacturer shall accept no responsibility in the event of damage
arising from the use of lubricants other than those specified.
The lubrication pump ref. 8 Photo 6 can be adjusted to provide the correct
oil flow.
If for example, the quantity of oil diminishes, unscrew the plastic cover and
simply turn the six screws clockwise by one or more turns. To increase the
quantity of oil, turn the screws anti-clockwise.
