Risk of entrapment, dragging and crushing of the extremities of the
upper limbs by moving parts.
The aperture for allowing the pieces to come out has been protected with a
guard in impact-resistant plastic made of four distinct parts fixed to the
structure with screws.
5.2.4
Risks of entrapment between transmission components
All of the moving mechanical parts, such as transmission components, belts,
chains, etc., have been separated by enclosing and covering guards bolted
on to the structure; you therefore need a suitable tool to remove them.
5.3
Electrical danger
All of the electrical equipment, including the controls and indicators, have
been designed and manufactured in compliance with the safety standards
and technical specifications set out in EN 60204-1 standards.
The housings of the electrical parts exposed to external agents are built to
protection class IP 54.
Caution!
Check every day that both the fixed and mobile protective guards are
in good condition and comply with the criteria described above. If
they no longer comply, or are not in good condition, do not use the
machine and contact the manufacturer immediately.
