6-21. Replacement of C Assembly

Removal/Attachment

1. Remove the stopper washer shown in the figure,

and remove the C assembly and torsion coil

spring (HC).

2. Attach the new C assembly and torsion coil

spring (HC) with the stopper washer.

When attaching, check that the shaft of the

mechanism chassis is inserted into the long hole

of the C slide plate.

3. Rotate the No. 1 gear, and check that the C

assembly moves to the left and right.
