support rack and stand
it up.

b. Unfold the PV array
panels and lay them
on the rack. Ensure the
lead wires on the back
of the panels are not
caught between the
nylon cross brace and
the back of the panel.

c. Connect the U-shaped
catches on the high
end of the panel first,
working down the panel
and properly seating—
but not yet locking
into place—the slide
latches. This ensures
the panels are flat and
free of strain-induced
warping. If the panel is
slightly warped due to
strain, it is difficult to
attach the next panel.
Lock all sliding latches
after all four panels are
on the rack.
Assemble the six (6) PAMs
