8.5. Metering package for CRD (import only) application
When using the system for UL 1741 CRD functions it is important to measure the power consumed by the load, therefore
there are two solutions as shown on the below drawings: Meters are located on the load side or Meters are located on all
sources.
The meters used to measure different powers can be one of the following SOCOMEC reference:
- DIRIS DIGIWARE U-30 (4829 0102) + DIRIS DIGIWARE I-35 (4829 0130)
- DIRIS B-30 (4829 0000)
- DIRIS A-40 (4825 0501)
The associated current sensors can be selected inside any sensor range of SOCOMEC (TE, TR or TF type). Caliber has to
be selected according to each site. There is no specific parameters to set regarding those sensors, caliber and sensor type
are automatically detected by the DIRIS products listed above.
If those current sensors are not provided with the C-Cab, they shall comply with the requirements of UL2808.
