After the location map is uploaded, you can drag and drop the wireless access points located
on the left side the area where the wireless access points will be located on your location
map
.
The EWA series wireless access points are listed by MAC
address on the left side of the area. When hovering over a
wireless access point with your cursor, the MAC address
and Device Name will be displayed.
Color status
The
color
of the EWA series wireless access point icon indicates the current access point status as below which can
also be find the status in the
Monitor
>
Devices
page.
The EWA series wireless access point has not been added to any other EWC series wireless controllers and
is available to add to the currently managed controller.
The EWA series wireless access point has been successfully added to the currently EWC wireless controller.
When EWA series wireless access points are added to the EWC wireless controller, those EWA series wireless access
points cannot longer be managed individually, only managed through the EWC wireless controller. EWA series
wireless access points will need to be removed from the
controller in order to be individually managed.
The EWA wireless access point that is added in EWC wireless controller, the status is offline.
The EWA wireless access point has been added to another EWC wireless controller and is not available to
add to the currently EWC wireless controller.
