General Information

Please  note  that  the  optimum  air 
temperature  in  the  sauna  can  only 
be  reached  through  means  of  natu-
ral ventilation in the steam room: the 
fresh air inlet must be positioned close 
to  the  floor,  near  the  sauna  stove  (as 
shown  with  letter  A  in  Drawing  1), 
and the outlet - as far as possible, un-
der  the  ceiling  (as  shown  with  letter 
B  in  Drawing  1).  The  purpose  of  the 
vent under the ceiling is to remove the 
humidity building in the steam room. 
Heated  sauna  stoves  provide  efficient 
airflow.  The  sauna  stove  heats  the 
steam room through means of convec-
tion  currents:  cold  air  is  drawn  into 
the fresh air inlet to be heated by the 
sauna stove; as a result, heated air ris-
es. Part of heated air is forced into the 
steam  room  through  the  vents.  Thus, 
the temperature in the steam room ris-
es, reaching 110 °C directly under the 
ceiling and about 30-40 °C in the floor 
area.  Therefore,  it  is  not  uncommon 
when, for instance, at a temperature of 
110 °C directly under the ceiling, the 
thermometer installed 20-25 cm under 
the ceiling registers the temperature of 
85 °C. The recommended temperature 
in the steam room lies between 80 °C 
and 90 °C in the area of the top bench.

воздуха.  Банная  печь  нагревает  парную 
конвекционными  потоками  воздуха:  для 
этого  холодный  воздух  втягивается  во 
впускное отверстие, который прогревается 
за  счет  выделения  тепла  от  нагрева  печи 
и  поднимается  после  прогрева.  Часть 
прогретого  воздуха  выталкивается  через 
вентиляционные  отверстия  в  парную. 
Таким  образом  температура  в  парной 
поднимается,  достигая  при  готовности 
бани  110  °C  под  потолком  и  около  30-40 
°C  на  полу.  Поэтому  не  редкость,  если, 
например,  при  температуре  110  °C  под 
потолком,  установленный  на  20-25  см 
ниже  потолка  термометр  регистрирует 
температуру  в  парной  «всего»  85  °C. 
Рекомендуемая  температура  в  парной 
-    от  80  °C  до  90  °C  на  верхней  полке.
