E9 malfunction: EEPROM malfunction
The malfunction may be caused by two reasons:
1) The EEPROM is not inserted well; 2) Outdoor main PCB is broken.
H0 malfunction : Communication malfunction between main chip and IPDU.

Installed properly again.
Replace main PCB.

Communication malfunction between main chip and IPDU
Whether the signal wire is connected normally between module board .
Connect wire again.
NO
Judge whether LED on the module board flash normally or not
when powered on.
Replace main PCB.
