Protecting or Locking the Meter
Enter the Password menu and program a six-digit password.
For instructions on how to program numeric values see Setting Numeric
Values , page 22.
Record the password for future reference. If appropriate, it may be
recorded in the space provided.

Total Reset Password & Non-Resettable Total
The total and the grand total can be password-protected to prevent
unauthorized total resets.
The grand total can be programmed as a non-resettable total by
entering the password “050873”.
CAUTION: Once the Grand Total has been programmed
as “non-resettable” the feature cannot be disabled.
