Configuring the Meter Basic Function 

The meter may be configured for single process variable display, dual-
scale display, or rate/totalizer display functions. Configuring the meter 
function in the 

Input

 menu will determine the available menu selections 

in other menus, including 

Display

Relay

. 

Example: A meter configured for rate/totalizer operation will include total 
and grand total in the options for relay alarm assignment and as options 
for display lines 1 & 2 assignment. PV 1 and PV 2 will not appear, as 
these selections are only used when the meter is configured for dual-
scale operation.
