When used in IT networks, the power supply 240 VAC also applies to the connected IT network:
Phase-to-phase.
Information on the PoE power supply
• The total available PoE power of the SCALANCE XR326-2C PoE WG can be expanded using up
to two additional SCALANCE PSR9230PoE power supplies. The expansion must be performed
by a specialist.
– With one additional power supply, the total available PoE power is 390 W.
– With two additional power supplies, the total available PoE power is 570 W.
• A SCALANCE PSR9230PoE power supply is connected via a 2-pin plug-in terminal block. The
connection is located on the back of the device under a cover.
• To connect the PoE power supply, use the power cable (article no. A5E49168671) supplied
with the SCALANCE PSR9230PoE power supply unit.
• To connect two SCALANCE PSR9230PoE, connect the two supplied power cables; see section
"Power cables for SCALANCE XR326-2C PoE WG".
• Close the connector with the cover when not using the PoE power supply.
